The finest quality from afar
The ground and climate of Northeast Venezuela are perfect for growing tropical fruit such as mango, papaya, gualava, pineapple and passion fruit.

When the Cantore family decided to produce fruit on a large portion of its farm, it added a number of QUALITATIVE PLUSES, giving each fruit tree AMPLE GROWING ROOM and making sure the ground had balanced moisture without run-off.

Plants are spaced fifteen meters apart, and an irrigation system composed of underground tubes (FERTIRRIGATION) brings water to the roots of each one.

The healthy final product, its yield in puree, and its organoleptic characteristics are based on these agronomic choices, aimed more at quality than at cost containment.

Thanks to ground features, very little fertilisation is needed. Only macro and micronutrients such as calcium, phosphorous and potassium salts, and trace minerals are provided.

Practically no pesticides are needed in the long dry season (February to June), during which the mangoes ripen.
HADEN, SMITH, KENT, CRIOLLO are the mango varieties grown. The farm also produces passion fruit and papaya on 200 hectares of ground.
